What is the warranty on FLUIDYNE® parts?
ANSWER: FLUIDYNE® offers a one (1) year warranty on its Radiators and Oil Coolers which provides for free replacement or repair of any defective units caused by a failure of the material or the workmanship. See a copy of the FLUIDYNE® Warranty elsewhere on this web site.
If I have a problem with my FLUIDYNE® radiator, who do I call?
ANSWER: Call the FLUIDYNE® Distributor or Dealer who sold you the FLUIDYNE® component to discuss your concern. If the unit needs to be returned for Warranty consideration, the Dealer or Distributor can explain the submittal process. If you cannot get the information and help you need from your Dealer, feel free to call FLUIDYNE® Customer Service at 888-FLUIDYNE for further assistance.
Can my Dealer handle my warranty claim?
ANSWER: The Dealer can assist you in determining if the 1 yr warranty is still in effect based on your date of purchase. The final determination of Warranty applicability will be made by the Customer Service Department at FLUIDYNE®.
If my radiator develops a problem, will it be repaired or will it be replaced?

I don’t see a radiator for my car listed. Can you make me one to fit my car?
ANSWER: FLUIDYNE® does make Custom radiators for many High Performance applications. Call Customer Service at FLIUIDYNE® to inquire about the process for getting a quote on your specific application.
I can get a group buy of about 20-30 radiators for my unlisted application. If we provide the sample radiator, can FLUIDYNE® make it?
ANSWER: Yes, it is possible that we will have the core needed to fulfill your special application. Call Customer Service at 1 888-FLUIDYNE to inquire about the process for getting a quote on your specific application. Once the design/worksheet for the special application is mutually accepted, FLUIDYNE® will assign a part number for making purchases in the future. Depending on the application and the volume requested, FLUIDYNE® may agree to hold the design proprietary to the buying group.
How does FLUIDYNE® handle group buys?
ANSWER: FLUIDYNE® refers group buy inquiries to our existing distribution system.
What makes a FLUIDYNE® radiator better than those offered by other manufacturers?
ANSWER: At FLUIDYNE® we make certain that our radiators are truly direct-fit, bolt-in replacements. There will be no modifications to the vehicle necessary to install a FLUIDYNE radiator into the specified applications. Also, FLUIDYNE® does not use epoxy to seal any part of the radiator. The cores are assembled using our million dollar Nocolok brazing furnace, and all tanks and brackets are TIG welded by hand. Many of FLUIDYNE’S cores are approximately twice as thick as the original cores for extra cooling ability.
How much increase in cooling will I expect from a FLUIDYNE® radiator?
ANSWER: In most applications, the FLUIDYNE® core has 2x the number of radiator tubes in the OE application and in some cases, the FLUIDYNE® core has 3x the number of radiator tubes in the OE application! These additional tubes and the added cooling fins brazed on those tubes will significantly increase the amount of water and air flow used to increase your cooling capacity. The exact amount of temperature decrease you will see in your application is variable depending on many factors. Most customers notice a significant difference in cooling performance… not just degrees of lower water temperature… but a difference in the overall cooling result.
Can I purchase a radiator directly from FLUIDYNE® High Performance?
ANSWER: Yes, the radiators can be purchased direct, or by checking the FLUIDYNE® website, a list of nearby stocking Dealers and Distributors can be found.
Can FLUIDYNE manufacture a custom, one-off radiator for my special application?
ANSWER: Yes, FLUIDYNE® does make many, many custom radiators each year. This process starts with a call to our Customer Service Department where we can discuss your particular application and confirm that we have radiator core material that will work in your situation.
After a couple of emails where we confirm and agree upon a sketch that depicts the detailed specification of your custom radiator, we can generally complete your custom radiator within 10-14 days.
Do FLUIDYNE® radiators have any warranty?
ANSWER: FLUIDYNE® High Performance radiators come with a one year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Are FLUIDYNE® radiators only for racing use?
ANSWER: FLUIDYNE® radiators have been developed for the Street, the Strip and the Race Track. While there is ‘some’ technology cross over in these 3 applications, we understand that each application has its own unique conditions to address. We have developed a series of cores that enable us to make sure we can address the specific and different needs of each product segment.
Will FLUIDYNE® radiators fit a car with an automatic transmission?
ANSWER: FLUIDYNE® does make radiators with transmission coolers built in for Mustangs, however the import car radiators would need to order an auxiliary transmission cooler such as our part number #FHP10026.
I live in a remote area of the US. Can I purchase a FLUIDYNE® radiator or oil cooler direct from FLUIDYNE®?
Answer: FLUIDYNE® sells its Catalogue Products through its network of Distributors and Dealers. Quite often, the pricing offered by these Dealers is better than the MSRP so you should always try to buy FLUIDYNE® products from one of our many Distributors and Dealers.
